Frequently Asked Questions

Continuously — multiple deploys per week, most of which are invisible to customers (test-suite work, internal refactors, security patches). Customer-visible changes (new modules, behavior changes, schema additions) get changelog entries. Major releases get release notes + migration guides.

Rarely, and never silently. When a breaking change is required, we ship the new behavior alongside the old one for a deprecation window (typically 90 days), publish migration docs, and notify affected tenants in advance. Breaking changes appear in the changelog with a **Migration:** subheading.

Security-impact changes appear in the changelog with a **Security:** prefix and link to the advisory page. For higher-severity disclosures, affected tenants get email + in-product notification ahead of the public advisory.

Talk to sales for a deeper conversation. We don't publish the full quarterly roadmap publicly because (1) priorities shift and we don't want to over-commit, and (2) some items are customer-specific from Enterprise contracts. The public "what's coming next" section above captures the direction; the specifics happen in scoping calls.

Behavior-stability guarantees are available on our largest contracts. All other modules are governed by the standard deprecation policy — changes ship with 90 days of overlapping support and a migration guide.

Feature flags are progressively-rolled-out capabilities — they appear in the changelog under "Limited availability" and only graduate to "Generally available" when the rollout is complete and the feature is fully documented. Limited-availability features can change behavior; GA features follow the standard deprecation policy.

Enterprise customers get a dedicated changelog with cross-references to their specific tenant's usage. Useful for procurement teams and platform-managers who need to communicate updates internally without sharing the public marketing surface.
