The Honest Reason This Page Is Shorter Than You'd Expect

Most SaaS marketing sites lead with logos and customer quotes. Aeion's marketing surface is intentionally light on named-brand case studies right now, for two reasons:

Migration Patterns We See

Mid-Market E-Commerce Migration

200-person retail brand replacing Shopify Plus + Klaviyo + ReCharge + Yotpo + Zendesk + custom integration glue. Pattern outcome: 10+ vendor logins consolidated to 1, monthly stack cost reduction in the 60-80% range, abandoned-cart recovery rate up 20-30% after week 4. Migration timeline: 8-12 weeks.

Healthcare Network Migration

Multi-site ambulatory care network replacing Salesforce Health Cloud + Epic for non-clinical workflows + Mailchimp for patient outreach + custom BAA-signed AI tooling. Pattern outcome: HIPAA-mode tenant with BLE device integration via Bridge, meaningful reduction in scheduling-related no-shows from AI reminder optimization, ESI safety fence preventing AI-mistriages from the first weeks. Migration timeline: 14-18 weeks.

B2B SaaS Operational Consolidation

100-person B2B SaaS company replacing Salesforce + HubSpot + Outreach + Zendesk + Notion + Stripe Billing + Auth0 + Datadog. Pattern outcome: 8 vendor logins consolidated to 1, monthly stack cost reduction in the 50-70% range, 1-2 platform engineers redeployed from integration work to product. Migration timeline: 10-12 weeks.

Hospitality Group Consolidation

Multi-property hotel group replacing Opera + Cloudbeds + custom F&B POS + Mailchimp + custom loyalty + Constant Contact for guest comms. Pattern outcome: unified guest record across PMS + dining + loyalty + marketing, double-digit lift in repeat-booking rate from cross-property recognition. Migration timeline: 12-16 weeks.

Construction Company Consolidation

50-person construction firm replacing Procore + Samsara for fleet + Mailchimp + QuickBooks + custom field-ops apps. Pattern outcome: jobsite hazard prediction integrating BIM clash detection + sentinel cameras + fleet telematics, daily-log automation cutting site supervisor reporting time meaningfully. Migration timeline: 12-14 weeks.

Restaurant Group Consolidation

Multi-location restaurant group replacing Toast + OpenTable + Olo + Klaviyo + Square + custom loyalty. Pattern outcome: unified customer recognition (VIP guests recognized across locations + delivery + in-store), measurable lift in CRM-driven repeat orders. Migration timeline: 8-10 weeks.

How to Get a Reference Customer Call

Real customer-to-prospect calls are the highest-signal evaluation tool. The process:

Frequently Asked Questions

Because brand-logo usage requires customer permission and design work. Customers who agree to logo usage end up on the homepage and on relevant industry pages. We've prioritized other work over the logo-acquisition process; the next wave will include this. Until then: reference calls beat logos for evaluation.

On the /changelog roadmap. Each case study is a 4-6 week production cycle (interview, draft, customer approval, design, publish). We ship them progressively rather than batching. Watch the changelog for announcements.

The "migration patterns" section above lists industries. Drill into the specific /industries page (e.g., /industries/healthcare, /industries/retail) for more depth. For specifics beyond what's documented, the reference customer call is the next step.

The marketing testimonial blocks in modules / solutions / industries pages are aspirational right now — written to illustrate the value proposition, not directly attributed quotes from named customers. We're working through the customer-attribution process; once it's done, those blocks get replaced with attributed quotes. Documented here so the framing stays accurate.

No — that's part of the reference customer's discretion. They share what they want on the call. Some are happy to share specific numbers ("we cut our stack cost from X to Y"), others prefer to discuss patterns ("we saw significant savings, but I'd rather not share the specific number"). Both are legitimate.

Expected. Every long-term customer has things they'd improve. We've coached reference customers to speak candidly; if they tell you the migration was painful or a specific module has gaps, that's accurate signal. Our pitch isn't "Aeion is perfect"; our pitch is "Aeion is better in aggregate than the 6-12 vendors it replaces, and here's the real tradeoff."

Yes — opt-in only. Reference customer status comes with periodic prospect connection requests (1-3 per quarter), inclusion in case studies (with your approval), and direct line to our customer-success team. Many customers find it useful for networking with peers; some prefer privacy. Your call.

We don't have a meaningful presence on those platforms yet (not enough customer-volume to drive review velocity). When we do, the reviews will reflect reality — wins and gaps both. We won't astroturf positive reviews; honest signal compounds, fake signal collapses.
