Most modules are a single flat monthly rate — one capability, one price, unlimited users. A handful of deeper modules (Finance, Production, Events, and a few others) offer real tiers where the higher tier genuinely unlocks more capability. Every paid module includes a 14-day free trial — full features, no credit card.
The Optional All-Access Plan
If your business runs enough of Aeion that adding up individual modules stops making sense, All-Access turns on the entire platform — every module, every service — for one flat rate of ~$399/mo, with a 14-day free trial. It's the exception, not the headline: most customers are better served buying the specific modules they use. It doesn't. Adding users — staff, portal customers, B2B partners, contractors — never moves the invoice. Each module is a flat rate regardless of headcount. That's the core saving vs per-seat competitors.
Because we only tier where a higher tier genuinely unlocks more capability. Deep modules like Finance (accounting, payroll, HR, banking), Production, and Events have real Starter/Pro/Enterprise tiers. Most modules are a single capability at a single flat price — no artificial tier-gating.
Aeion adds zero transaction fees on commerce. You connect your own Stripe / Adyen / processor account natively; processor fees (e.g. Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30) go to the processor. Unlike Shopify, we don't take a percentage of GMV on top of that.
Aeion adds zero markup on AI tokens. You bring your own provider API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Groq, ElevenLabs, Stability, Replicate, Cohere, and the other 47 supported providers. The per-call cost is whatever the provider charges; Aeion's usage tracking aggregates every call and enforces per-tenant cost caps so you never get a billing surprise.
Aegis defaults to Bring Your Own Bucket — AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Wasabi, Backblaze B2, MinIO, or DigitalOcean Spaces. Your bucket, your access keys, your storage bill (typically $0.02 / GB / month with R2 or Wasabi). Aeion-managed vault is an optional add-on for SMB customers who don't want to set up S3, priced as a flat per-tenant line item.
Audit logs are kept 30 days on entry tiers, 1 year on mid, and 7 years at the top tier; backup + PITR windows run 7 / 30 / 90+ days by tier. Compliance records subject to statutory retention are held 7 years regardless. Cancelled tenants stay restorable for a 90-day grace period.
Yes. The platform provisions to Hetzner, Contabo, or your own VPS through a pluggable provider integration. Self-hosted deployments include the full Aegis backup pipeline against your own off-machine S3 bucket — sovereignty by default.
Yes — annual billing gets 20% off every module and All-Access, plus a locked-in rate for the contract period.

You can self-serve export every collection via the auto-CRUD API or a one-click Singularity export to CSV / JSON / SQL. Aegis snapshots remain in your S3 bucket regardless. After the cancellation grace period (90 days) the tenant database is securely wiped on our side; your off-machine backups are untouched and yours forever.
