Aeion Discounts for B2B Tiered Pricing

B2B pricing isn't a single list price — it's per-customer tiers, volume breaks, segment-specific rates, contract-priced enterprise deals, and net-30/60/90 payment terms. Aeion Discounts handles all of these natively: CRM-segment-aware rules, per-customer-tier pricing, volume-break calculation, and contract-pricing locks for enterprise. Three operating-model walkthroughs below.

FAQ

Yes. Logged-in customer sees their per-customer pricing. Anonymous/logged-out sees list price. CRM-segment-based pricing fully supported.

Not a built-in feature. Aeion Discounts calculates the right price live in the cart (tier, volume-break, or contract pricing), but there's no quote-PDF-generation or quote-acceptance flow — a rep handling an offline quote applies the agreed price directly at checkout.

A contract-priced customer's pricing rule can be scheduled to any date range. Renewal isn't automated, though — when a contract is renegotiated, an admin updates or replaces the rule. CPI-style annual escalators aren't a built-in mechanic.

A rep can create an ad-hoc pricing rule for a customer or order. There's no multi-level approval chain or per-rep discount-budget enforcement built into Aeion Discounts — margin guardrails on overrides are a process the sales org runs outside the tool.

Per-customer net-30/60/90/120 terms via Aeion Finance invoicing, with AR aging + reminders + collections. Payment-term-based pricing adjustments (e.g., a slightly higher price for longer terms) aren't a native Discounts rule type — that would need to be modeled as a separate customer-scoped pricing rule.

Not supported today. There's no trade-in-credit feature in Aeion Discounts or elsewhere in the platform.

Yes. Promotion eligibility can be scoped geographically — per-country, state, or postal-code targeting — alongside the customer/segment and product/category filters, so a pricing rule can apply to one region's accounts and not another's.

Not a Discounts feature. SKU management lives in Aeion Commerce's product catalog.

Every promotion redemption is logged (customer, order, discount amount, timestamp). That's usage-history auditability, not a formal multi-level approval-chain or compliance-certification feature.

Yes. Customer logs in, sees their pricing, places orders, downloads invoices, pays. Reduces sales-rep load for routine transactions.

Not currently supported. Aeion Singularity's connector library doesn't include EDI 850/810/856 today.

Aeion Tax + Discounts integrate. Multi-currency pricing. Per-region VAT handling.
