1. AI Networking Matching
| Field | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Headline / bio | Context for AI semantic matching |
| Company / role | Role complementarity + industry fit |
| Looking for / offering | Direct explicit matching |
| Interests / skills | Overlap scoring |
| Visibility | Public / matches-only / hidden |
2. QR Check-In & Badge Printing
QR-based check-in validates each ticket in real time and triggers badge printing automatically.
What gets validated on scan:
- Ticket exists and is active
- Registration is confirmed
- Attendee hasn't already checked in
- Gate access, when the ticket tier restricts which gates it can enter through
Badge printing runs through a managed queue with automatic retries, so a momentary printer hiccup never loses a badge job. Every job gets a tracking ID for support and reprint requests. Supports both PDF badges and Zebra-compatible label printers.
Check-in statistics are tracked in real time: total checked in, pending, check-in rate, and a breakdown by gate and by hour.
Gate-level analytics example:
`
Main Entrance — 1,523 checked in · avg 1.8s per attendee · peak 9-10am · 477 capacity remaining
`
3. Gamification Engine
Event gamification tracks attendee activity, awards points, and grants badges to drive engagement.
Badge types include: session attendance, networking meetings, survey completion, early check-in, attending all tracks, social shares, booth visits, Q&A participation, first arrival, and exhibitor engagement — plus fully custom triggers.
Badge rarity: common, uncommon, rare, and legendary — rare and legendary badges can enter attendees into prize draws.
Attendee progress tracks total points, badge history, activity counts (sessions attended, meetings, surveys, booths visited, shares, questions asked), current and longest streaks, and live leaderboard rank.
4. Multi-Track Scheduling
Multi-track scheduling manages concurrent session tracks with real capacity limits.
Waitlists queue attendees once a session hits capacity, tracking each attendee's position in line. When a confirmed attendee cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted to confirmed and notified — no manual intervention needed.
Session reminders are configurable per event through a reminder-email schedule (for example, 24 hours before a session).
5. Payments (Stripe Integration)
Payment processing runs on Stripe under the hood, with full support for:
- Payment confirmation — tickets are confirmed and badges prepared automatically the moment payment succeeds.
- Refunds — full or partial refunds, tied to your event's refund policy.
- Group discounts — configurable pricing rules apply a discount once a registration group hits a minimum size.
- Fee tracking — processing fees and platform application fees are recorded per payment alongside the net amount settling to your account.
6. Live Streaming (Multi-Platform)
Stream a single broadcast to multiple destinations simultaneously — YouTube, Twitch, or any custom RTMP endpoint — in your choice of resolution and framerate.
Live captions improve accessibility, with your choice of caption provider.
Viewer analytics track peak and average concurrent viewers, total unique viewers, watch time, and where in the broadcast viewers tend to drop off.
Live Q&A lets viewers submit and upvote questions during the stream, with moderator controls and an answered/unanswered state.
7. Exhibitor Booth Management
Exhibitor tools cover the full booth lifecycle — company profile, booth number, sponsor tier (platinum/gold/silver/bronze), logo, description, and booth staff contacts.
Lead capture: exhibitors scan an attendee's badge (or drop a business card, or capture manually) to log a lead with notes, budget, timeline, and a hot/warm/cold/not-qualified rating plus a numeric score, along with a recommended follow-up action. An AI assistant drafts a personalized follow-up email from the exhibitor's notes automatically.
