EPUB import is native (parses container, manifest, and spine automatically). Export to PDF, EPUB, MOBI, or Markdown. There's no DRM wrapping built into the module today.
The separate Aeion LMS module supports Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and LTI 1.3 connections, including OAuth-based roster and content sync. Grade write-back (passing a grade from an assignment into the external gradebook) is not yet implemented for Canvas or Google Classroom — those sync jobs currently report zero grades passed back rather than fabricating results. Aeion Manuscript itself only supports linking a book into an Aeion LMS course's reading list; it doesn't push reading data into an external gradebook.
Chapters are authored (or EPUB-imported) and published individually; there's no multi-author collaborative editing, version control, or editor-assignment workflow — chapter management is a single-admin-role operation today.
No — there's no royalty ledger or author-split calculation. Commerce tracks what a purchaser paid for gated content; splitting proceeds is handled outside the platform.
