Verkada deliberately blocks ONVIF on their cameras to prevent migration. Sentinel's strategy: replace Verkada cameras with Hanwha / Axis / Hikvision (industry-standard ONVIF) on a 12-month phased replacement schedule. Existing recordings stay accessible during transition; full Sentinel coverage of replacement cameras from day 1.
Yes — Bridge has serial integration for all three. Most installs keep the existing UL-listed panel + add Sentinel as parallel monitoring + control. No fire/security inspector recertification required (panel itself unchanged).
SIA-DC09 + Contact ID are the two protocols all UL-listed monitoring centers accept. Sentinel speaks both.
