What is a Skill?
A skill is a packaged AI expert with module-specific knowledge baked in: system prompts, tool access scope, example interactions, and domain-specific reasoning patterns. When a user asks AeionClaw a Commerce question, the Commerce-Ops skill activates with full knowledge of orders/products/inventory; when they ask a Helpdesk question, the Helpdesk-Agent skill takes over.
