Script + AI Subsystem
AI script breakdown reads an uploaded screenplay and extracts cast, props, wardrobe, and every other breakdown element per scene. A conflict detector flags scene and resource clashes; a continuity checker tracks wardrobe, props, and makeup across shoot days; and a stripboard scheduler proposes an optimized shoot-day order.
Scheduling Subsystem
The scheduling engine orchestrates the shoot calendar and stripboard. Calendar sync publishes the schedule to iCal, Google Calendar, and Outlook. Integrated weather forecasting flags outdoor-scene risk per shoot day.
Budget Subsystem
Budget forecasting projects total completion cost from actual spend, using patterns from historical productions. A budget audit trail records every approval and change for compliance review.
Crew + Cast + Payroll Subsystem
Role-based access control scopes what each department can see. Payroll integration routes crew hours to Gusto, Wrapbook, or Cast & Crew. Union compliance applies SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, and Teamsters rules automatically. Timesheet aggregation rolls daily time entries into pay periods.
On-Set Operations Subsystem
A multi-channel notification layer (email, SMS, push) handles call sheet dispatch, per-event templates, and crew alerts.
Previz + Storyboards + VFX
Previz orchestration links animatics and storyboards to scenes. Location scouting links 3D scans (Gaussian Splats and meshes) to filming locations. Hardware/bridge integration supports on-set device workflows like camera reports.
Clearances + Rights
Clearance tracking covers music, image, and location rights per asset.
Analytics + Tooling
Production analytics surface department productivity and bottlenecks. A diff engine compares script, budget, and schedule revisions. Cross-module event handling keeps finance, HR, and Cut in sync automatically.
